Go-Go Travel Mobility

Your item will be delivered to your door.
It will not be unboxed, set up, or taken inside your home.

The Power & Mobility Setup Service process is:

• Your item shipped to a local agent in your area
• Your item is unpacked, inspected, set up, and tested
• You will be called to schedule an appointment for delivery
• Your item will be brought into your home, set up
• Your item will be tested, put into the room you want it in.
• All of the packing material will be removed by the agent.
• The White Glove delivery can add 4-7 days to you delivery time, there may be additional delivery fees if you live in a rural/ remote area and is not available in all areas

If you miss your delivery, there is a redelivery charge, the fee varies on location.

• We serve most areas in Arizona
  
• In-home repairs mean that we will come to your house, business, or assisted living facility and make repairs, do service calls, change batteries, install vehicle lifts (If possible).
  
• There is a service fee for coming to you.  (does not apply if you have a warranty and In-Home plan that is covered)

In Home Services (We pay for your first year)

In addition to your factory warranty, if you have a problem with your item within the first year, all you need to do is call Power Mobility and Lifts and we will make arrangements for a certified technician to come to your home to  diagnose and repair your item.

The difference between the warranty and the In-Home service is the fee for the labor is typically not included in the warranty, the In-Home service prevents any extra costs for labor.
